We want to invite You to the International Week 2024 of the Portalegre Polytechnic University, which will occur between 6th to 9th May 2024.
You can consult the program, as also useful information through the link of the event SITE https://internationalweek.ipportalegre.pt/. We wait for application/registration until 5th April 2024 (The order of applications is decisive)!
As part of the International Week 2024, the organizers guarantee to the participants:
• Transportation from Lisboa Airport to Portalegre at 4 pm, on Sunday, 5th May 2024 and from Portalegre to Lisboa Airport at 6:30 am, on Friday, 10th May;
• Participation in lectures, seminars, workshops and touristic visits planned in the program;
• Dinner in the historical place of the Claustros do Convento de Santa Clara, Portalegre (Dress Code: BLACK TIE OPTIONAL) on 7th May.
The organizers do not guarantee:
• reimbursement of travel costs;
• meals and accommodation (participants can consult accommodation and restaurant suggestions in the programme);
• insurance.
We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to implement a STA or a STT mobility during the International Week under the Erasmus+ program KA 131 and 171.
We suggest that the delegation from one university should consist of no more than 3 people.
